Over two decades in startup environments has taught me that resilience isn’t loud, it’s steady and it’s structured. It’s the ability to stay calm in complexity and build systems that support people instead of exhausting them.
My lived experience shapes how I lead and how I consult. I don’t believe in chaos as a badge of honor. I believe in sustainable systems that allow teams to do their best work without burning out.
About me
I have spent over 10 years in startup and scale environments building and refining post sale functions across Success, Implementations, Integrations, and GTM Operations. I have led teams through zero to one builds, through scale, and through the inevitable recalibration that comes when growth outpaces structure.
What I have learned is simple: execution matters. but architecture determines whether execution compounds or stalls.
Post sale work is not just about technical delivery. It is one of the few moments in a client relationship where you have sustained access to context, intent, and strategy. When designed thoughtfully, it becomes the foundation for long term partnership rooted in discovery, alignment, and shared planning.
